  I was driving down the a24 near Horsham when my new bmw got a gear box problem and stopped in the middle of the road. I call bwm to find out how to get the car in (n) they told me it would have to get under take off some covers and take a bolt out I was like omg really that's to much for me, so I googled recovery and surrey recovery the told me they would be there in 1 hour in less then 20 mins they call me back to say they would on be 15 mins, they come looked at the car went on there computer and found a way to get the gear box in (n) and we where off thanks to surrey recovery they got me off to the garage where I wanted to go to but if I had listened to bmw I would have made this breakdown more complicated and thanks to them they saved me lots of time and was very good price I thought as they come out so fast many thanks to them
